The Fanfare Band is available as an ensemble of either 16 or 32 members, plus one conductor. Please keep this is mind as you plan for available performance space!

The Fanfare Band is not the full 400-member Michigan Marching Band.

The instrumentation of the Fanfare Band is as follows. The Drum Major may make a special appearance upon request.

• 1 piccolo

• 3 clarinets

• 3 alto saxophones

• 1 tenor saxophone

• 9 trumpets

• 4 horns

• 5 trombones

• 2 euphoniums

• 3 tubas
